3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Once a service appointment is confirmed, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will work to address your concerns. Our satisfaction guarantee covers workmanship defects and does not cover issues arising from conditions outside our control.
